I love this course, it's very straight forward when explaining the process of buying a property. Sophia talking about the basics and reviewing the details that they don't tell during it. She brings up a well-known app/website, that I personally didn't know could do, but it has a feature that calculates your finances, loans, and credit for you to see if you can afford that dream house for you. Then she read visual examples for reading a loan and went line-by-line what each thing is, because a person without experience wouldn't know what they just read. So, that was great. Then Eva's part of the course was helpful too. She was very descriptive about the feeling of buying the house and mistakes. I love all the situational examples of house shopping. Then she gave a very reasonable advice that your house that you're buying isn't your only house or your dream house. Also, big point, do your research. I would recommend the course to anyone.
